The Guardians and their minor league teams were all on an off-day yesterday. The Guardians will take on the Astros at 8:10PM EST tonight.

Cleveland.com’s Paul Hoynes wrote about the Guardians’ aggressive baserunning and provided an interview with Guardians’ pitching coach, Carl Willis.

MLB.com’s Mandy Bell wrote about Josh Naylor’s strong start to the year.

Zack Meisel and T.J. Zuppe offered some interesting insights on the Guardians in the latest Selby is Godcast episode, predicting that Estevan Florial will be moved before/when Kyle Manzardo debuts.

Around the Corner has returned to the Disgusting Baseball pod rotation, with Brian Hemminger and Zach featured in these episodes focusing on Guardians’ prospects.

It appears that socks for the Guardians’ City Connect uniforms have leaked. The designs for the uniforms should be announced in about 10 days or so.

A couple extra things:

George Valera is set to be activated in Columbus today. We're all praying he can stay healthy for once:

Dan Szymborski of FanGraphs projects 4 years and $80 million would get a Naylor extension done.

Some context on Travis Bazzana’s performance against high velocity:

Around MLB:

The White Sox cannot beat the Twins to save their lives.

The Royals lost to the Blue Jays.

MLB will act to correct the uniform disaster

predictably blaming the issue on a company that did NOT just give the league some $44 million.
