Here’s to more good than bad this week.
Cleveland 11, Boston 5
What a fun (and at times maddening) series. Fenway is certainly special and some great moments this weekend. With the win, Cleveland improves to 68-66 on the season.

Franmil Reyes clears the Green Monster twice by ignoring it | cleveland.com
From Paul Hoynes:
Franmil Reyes says the worst thing a hitter can do at Fenway Park is go to the plate thinking about The Green Monster.
“If you go up there thinking on The Monster, you’re going to get lost,” said Reyes. “You’re going to try and pull everything and get under every ball.”
That explanation did not stop Reyes from hitting two home runs over the 37-foot high Monster in left field in a span of six consecutive plate appearances this weekend against the Red Sox.
Homer No. 1 came in the ninth inning on Saturday night. It was a two-run shot and momentarily pulled the Indians into a 3-3 tie. The Red Sox, however, rallied for a 4-3 win in the bottom on the ninth.
Homer No. 2 — the 26th of the season for Reyes — came at the start of the third inning Sunday and helped the Indians beat Boston, 11-5, to avoid a three-game sweep.

Good news indeed. He threw 71 pitches in his last rehab start, so he’s close to being fully stretched out.
