Shane Bieber recovering from injury for Indians

Shane Bieber has missed three months with a right shoulder strain, but the Indians believe the former Cy Young award winner could be nearing a return, possibly this season. Bieber made his first rehab start on Tuesday for Triple-A Columbus, going 2 2/3 innings and throwing 47 pitches

Ramirez swung the bat well Wednesday night and the Indians, with just 19 games left on the schedule, shook off their September funk to pound the Twins, 12-3, in the season finale between the teams.
