Is it finally time for Bobby Bradley? | cleveland.com
From Paul Hoynes:
Bobby Bradley, amidst the ruins of a Sunday afternoon loss by the Indians, had his best day in the big leagues.
Bradley went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI. The Indians were hammered by the Orioles, 18-5, in the humidity at Camden Yards. They didn’t pitch well. They didn’t defend well and with the exception of Bradley, they didn’t hit all that well.
“That was the highlight of the day, for sure,” said manager Terry Francona when asked about Bradley. “When he hits a ball off a left-hander the other way, I don’t care what the score is, we’re looking for a reason to be upbeat.”
