Shane Bieber was good last season, but obviously he wants to be even better. His pursuit of this has led to him focusing on his changeup — a pitch he hopes to use to keep lefties off balance — for the third-straight offseason. If it works, CyBieber is a real possibility.

DeShields on quarantine, preparing for ‘20 | MLB
Delino DeShields Jr. recently spoke to the media following his placement on the injured list and the whole thing reinforced just how smart, well-spoken, and all-around a good person he is. Still hard to say how his baseball career will do over the next decade, but he’s clearly got a future beyond baseball.

The Anthony Gose experiment is on pause ... for now. It’s hard to deny a 100 mph cannon forever, even if he spent the first few years of his career as an outfielder. But for the time being, Anthony Gose will workout with the expanded roster in Lake City instead of being an option for the Indians out of the ‘pen when the season opens next week.
