The Indians beat the ChiSox 10-2 yesterday, behind a pair of Franmil Reyes doubles, a solo Christian Arroyo home run, and shutout pitching by eight different dudes (of nine).

Tribe third basemen had fun Tuesday, with Arroyo replacing José Ramírez who also had two hits. The most important pitchers of the eight who threw scoreless ball were Shane Bieber, Brad Hand and Scott Moss. Moss struck out three in 1.2 innings of work to account for a third of the Tribe pitchers’ strikeouts on the day.

• Wes Helsabeck is now in minor league camp for the Indians.

• Luis Severino is going to have Tommy John surgery and will miss the season.

• FanGraphs takes a look at whether a billion-dollar baseball team in Cleveland can afford to keep Francisco Lindor, and SURPRISE! the answer is yes!
