On a day where before the game the Indians honored Carlos Carrasco for his volunteer work at the Cleveland Clinic and other places, Cookie ended the game with his second major league save.

The win keeps Cleveland tied with Tampa Bay for the number two Wild Card slot. Minnesota, Tampa Bay and Oakland all won.

Oh, and with their 91 wins, the Indians have tied last year’s win total. With their 95th win last night, the Twins have won 17 games more than 2018 with 8 games left in the season.
