MLB Draft 2019: Day 2 open thread

The Indians will have the 23rdpick in each round going forward. Today will be rounds 3-10.

The 2019 MLB Draft began yesterday with Rounds one and two along with the Competitive Balance rounds. The fanfare usually dies down around day two as rounds 3—10 are scheduled to be completed today. The Indians had two picks yesterday:

Today, the Tribe will have seven picks. They will choose 23rd in each round going forward.

  • Jordan Luplow (3rd round, 2014 - Pirates)
  • Mike Clevinger (4th round, 2011 - Angels)
  • Shane Bieber (4th round, 2016 - Indians)
  • Corey Kluber (4th round, 2007 - Cardinals)
  • Greg Allen (6th round, 2014 - Indians)
  • Jake Bauers (7th round, 2013 - Padres)
  • Adam Cimber (9th round, 2013 - Padres)
  • Tyler Clippard (9th round, 2003 - Yankees)
  • Nick Wittgren (9th round, 2012 - Marlins)
