Corey Kluber wasn’t perfect, but plenty good enough, allowing three earned runs over seven innings. Kluber struck out four and did not walk a batter. Offensively, the Indians racked up 14 hits and Jose Ramirez launched two home runs. With the win, the Tribe improved to 11-8 on the year.

Power nap needed for Francisco Lindor | cleveland.com
Everybody’s favorite shortstop might get a little rest soon. From Paul Hoynes:
Lindor is coming off an inspirational, but emotionally-draining four-day, two-game trip to his native Puerto Rico. He helped the Indians win Tuesday’s series opener, 6-1, against the Twins with a two-run homer that rocked the island. But he’s 3-for-21 since that homer.
”I think the trip to Puerto Rico, not just physically, but maybe emotionally (wore on him),” said manager Terry Francona. “I think that’s a fair statement.”
