Coming off a day in which Todd Frazier signed with the Mets (here’s an odd quiz Re: Frazier, btw), there was 1 MLB signing and a million MiLB ones.
MLB executive Dan Halem took some much-deserved swipes at Scott Boras yesterday regarding this slow winter that may only get slower.
• The Rangers signed Seung-hwan Oh for a year that will cost them $2.75M. It could be two years if a $4.5M option is picked up. Seems like a good move, considering Oh is a year removed from posting a 2.13 FIP.
