Indians, Carlos Torres agree to Minors deal - On Wednesday, confirmed that the Tribe has agreed to terms with reliever Carlos Torres on a Minor League contract with a non-roster invitation to Spring Training, pending the completion of a physical. Torres will give the club 13 pitchers in camp as non-roster invitees.
