Kluber named AL’s top hurler for June | MLB

Remember when Corey Kluber was mediocre and injured earlier this season? Yeah, that seems an eternity ago. As the calendar flips to July, Corey Kluber has been awarded the AL Pitcher of the Month honors for June because he was amazing. Over 43.0 innings, the Cleveland ace allowed just 8 runs while walking 7 and striking out 64. His WHIP in that same time period was 0.674. That’ll play.
