Neither Josh Tomlin or Anibal Sanchez has looked good so far this season, but the difference is that Sanchez has been in AAA for a portion of the season whereas Tomlin has been in Cleveland the whole time.There's another game this evening against these two teams, so hopefully Tomlin doesn't rely heavily on his bullpen in game 1.
