My company paid for us to go to the Mariners-Angels game last night, so I did get some baseball despite the Tribe not playing. I mean, the Mariners definitely showed up to play. Not entirely sure what the Angels were doing, but they are also down a Mike Trout, so I suppose I can forgive them.
Tribe News
Quite the comp: Tito likens Ramirez to V-Mart | MLB
When he wasn’t aging and breaking down, Victor Martinez became an incredible protection hitter for Miguel Cabrera, and Jose Ramirez is starting to do the same for Edwin Encarnacion. Hopefully Jose doesn’t eventually get traded to the Tigers and hopefully he doesn’t have to explain to his future kid that Cleveland is no longer his home.
Water is also consistently wet.
