If it ever stops raining there's going to be a baseball game today

Maybe re-enacting the Battle of Trafalgar is an acceptable substitute for a game.

Hello.
I'd like to inform you that tonight there will be a baseball game played between two teams. You may remember one team from such hits as, "nearly winning the 2016 World Series" and "totally annihilating the Minnesota Twins last week."
The other team hasn't been to the World Series since 1983. We can only belittle them too much, because they won. It turns out having peak Cal Ripken and Eddie Murray in the same lineup yields solid results.
