Mike Clevinger takes on the Swingin' A's

This is the final 6:10 PM start of the season, and I'm a little sad to see them going. For someone who gets home at around 5:30, the earlier start time was perfectly timed to coincide with supper, and when it ended, you still had time to comment on LGT do chores around the house before turning in for the night.

Mike Clevinger, who now has a permanent spot in the rotation, will take the hill to try to continue the string of very good starting pitching. I imagine he (and Yan Gomes) noted how every one of Trevor Bauer's strikeouts last night came on a curve, and will be attacking the A's hitters accordingly.
