Tribe tries to win a game in Detroit, this time with Carlos Carrasco's help

It's Carlos Carrasco versus Matt Boyd on a chilly night in Detroit.

Where: Comerica Park, Detroit, MI

How: TV - STO; Radio - WTAM

Former headcase Carlos Carrasco goes tonight in frigid (but clear) Detroit, and based on this year's splits, he'll need to be on his game, as the Tribe lineup will be facing a left-hander. If you haven't paid too much attention to those splits, here they are:

vs. RHP: .266/.340/.455

vs. LHP: .219/.314/.331

A lot of this has to do with how Brandon Guyer, who only plays against left-handed starters has been hitting, but even Jose Ramirez has been noticeably worse (1.131 vs .687) against southpaws.

Today's Lineups

With Austin Jackson on the DL, Abe Almonte gets his first start in center field this season, and of course it's in Comerica Park's spacious environs.
