Less than hour before the Cleveland Indians begin their home half of a four-game series against the Cincinnati Reds, Lonnie Chisenhall was scratched with a “possible head injury,” per Cleveland.com.

Daniel Robertson will replace him in right field, but as of now there is no other news on what the potential injury is or how it happened. Chisenhall did not play in yesterday’s matchup against the Reds, but that was because of his platoon situation against the left-handed Amir Garrett.

According to Sports Time Ohio’s Andre Knott, Lonnie Chisenhall mentioned a feeling of vertigo prior to the game. The outfielder believes he may have been injured awkwardly sliding home against the Houston Astros over the weekend. According to Knott, the Indians are still not sure if Lonnie has a concussion or something less severe but are holding him out as they get to the bottom of it.
