With the Winter Meetings coming to a close, the Cleveland Indians have not made the big splash of a trade/FA signing like some fans may have been hoping for. But the offseason is long and there are still questions that need answering for the Tribe’s 2018 roster, so don’t expect the team to remain quiet for the rest of the winter.
