First, the good news: Mike Napoli is heating up again:

Now the bad news - Danny Salazar left the game with an injury, described as "forearm tightness." or, in layman's terms, "uh-oh."  If Salazar has to miss significant time, then the Indians are faced with some very difficult choices. Should they reinstate JoshTomlin into the rotation? Go with AAA option Ryan Merritt? This assumes that the Indians stretch Clevinger out for Tomlin''s  current spot.  A whole lot is riding on Salazar's forearm right now.
