Game Thread: Mike Clevinger looks to put an end to Indians' suffering against Twins

The Indians have had a horrific week so far, losing the first three games to the last-place Twins, and watching three good starting pitchers do something that doesn't happen often, and hadn't ever happened before for the Indians on three consecutive days. Danny Salazar landed on the DL after his awful game, and Mike Clevinger has been called up again to join to rotation while Salazar is on the shelf. The weight of turning things around today falls on his young shoulders.

The Indians led the Tigers by five games Monday morning, but Detroit keeps winning, and that lead is now down to just two games, the smallest it's been in more than six weeks.

Deep breaths, that's what I keep telling myself.
