Well, that was not the most enjoyable week of the season. The Cleveland Indians lost two of three in Oakland, and then lost three of four in Texas. It’s sort of amazing that they won even two games, given that they only scored more than one run once all week. Oof. The Tribe still holds a respectable 4.5-game lead over the Tigers, with the Royals 5.5 back in what has turned back into a three-team race.

It’s hard to feel like anyone was great in a week like the Indians just had, but which players came the closest to overcoming the team’s struggles?
