Jason is slacking off on vacation on this week, so Matt Schlichting joins me to talk all things Cleveland Indians. In particular, there is a lot to discuss regarding the Tribe's recent winning streak and the current and future roster.
Matt and I both agree that the Toronto series was full of fun moments, and the 19-inning game was some of the most-fun baseball you could possibly hope for. We each had our own stories around that game that show why it was special for us.
Last night's loss aside, there is still a Yankee series to preview, and preview it we shall. The New York Yankees are old, the Indians are not. Yay?
We also take social media questions from @chris_d_davis on Twitter and Matt McFee on Facebook who have questions about Roberto Perez, @JamesEPowell27 who wants to know how the Indians can fix attendance, @DanielSquareE who wants to know what prospect has had the most exciting first half, and @BlessYouBoys, who want to know why we did not warn them about the curse of Mike Aviles.
This week's episode clocks in at 60 minutes. Thanks for listening!
Special thanks
