Game Thread: Danny Salazar aims to cleanse the demon Royals after an atrocious loss

Can the 'Dzar right the wrongs and fight the injustices of yesterday?

The best part about the 2016 Indians is that even after a galling loss like last night's, there's a 4/5 chance that you can turn on the next game and see a Cy Young-caliber pitcher leading the charge for revenge. Today, it's Danny Salazar's turn to exercise the demons of Kansas City and yesterday's woeful bullpen performance. He'll face off against the Royals' Generic White Dude #683, aka Brian Flynn. Flynn is a major league pitcher who throws with his left hand.

It would be cliche to talk about how important it is to not lose a series to a division rival at this point in the season, but let's go even more cliche. With Detroit playing a putrid Minnesota team, this Tribe series is even more important as Detroit now sits 5.5 games out of first. We're in good shape, but we can't afford too many more games like last night, so let's do this thing.
