Have you been watching the Cleveland Indians over the past week? First of all, I am terribly, terribly sorry. Second of all, your eyeballs should thank you because they have now been watching Francisco Lindor play the game of baseball for a full calendar year. They may also hate you for making them watch Bryan Shaw, but that's a different story.
Jason and I had a lot to talk about this week, with the draft happening and the Indians collapsing into a black hole at the tail end of a 20-game marathon. The good news is that they had an off day yesterday and the Kansas City Royals lost, meaning they are back in the AL Central driver seat.
We also discussed the trouble of Yan Gomes, and why I personally believe contacts are icky and gooey and I just don't want to use them okay don't judge me.
And finally, we take questions from you guys, including @tobytobotobe who blatantly broke the rules and didn't ask in the form of a question (you monster), and Denver Tribe Fan who wanted to know what it would take for Terry Francona to finally give up on Shaw.
This episode clocks in at 45 minutes (and apologies for me sounding all nasally, a cold I've had for the better part of two weeks is finally coming to an end. But I managed to mute my mic every time I coughed, so... you're welcome?). Thanks for listening!
Special thanks
