--
The last time the Cleveland Indians faced the Royals, they roughed them up in a four-game battle and sent them back to Kansas City after stealing first place in the division. The top spot in the AL Central may be up for grabs in this series. Kansas City is three games behind the Indians, but enters tonight's contest as losers in eight of their last ten games.
Carlos Carrasco makes his third start back from the disabled list. When he last faced Kansas City he allowed three runs on nine hits in five innings, earning a no decision. Edison Volquez takes the mound for the Royals. In thirteen starts he's recorded five wins and six losses with a 4.25 ERA.
In other news, the Cleveland Cavalier face elimination against the Golden State Warriors. Here's hoping both Cleveland teams can carve out a victory against the reigning world champions. Let's Go Tribe!
