Cleveland Indians vs Detroit Tigers
Thursday, May 5, 2016, 6:10 PM ET, Progressive Field

Radio: WTAM
I am sure that Trevor Bauer would like to stay in the Indians rotation for the long-term. A good start tonight from Bauer would be a good way to help make that a reality.
The right-hander enters with a 5.28 ERA and 18 strikeouts over 15 1/3 innings. Bauer's first start of the season came last Saturday in Philadelphia, an outing where he lasted just 4 innings due to pitch count issues.
The Tigers counter with right-hander Michael Fulmer. The 23-year-old is also making his second start of the season, filling in for the injured Shane Greene. Fulmer is Detroit's top prospect and throws hard, routinely touching 95 mph in his first start.
As for the lineups, Rajai Davis is back in center field and leading off. Chris Gimenez will make his 2016 debut for the Indians, hitting ninth.
