Cleveland Indians send Cody Anderson to Triple-A, Kyle Crockett recalled

Last night was not a good night for Cody Anderson.

From the Cleveland Indians' official Twitter account:

RHP Cody Anderson is being sent down to AAA Columbus, and taking his spot on the roster will be LHP Kyle Crockett.  Anderson has not got off to a good start this year; in the 4 games that he's started, he's carrying an ugly ERA of 7.65 and has given up 17 runs in 20 innings (good for an ERA+ of 53).

Kyle Crockett, drafted in the 4th round of the 2013 draft by the Tribe, found his way onto the big league club in 2014 and pitched very well; in 30 innings, he had only given up 8 earned runs while striking out 28 (good for an ERA+ of 219).  He pitched less for the team last year before being sent back to AAA Columbus.  Crockett will join the Cleveland Indians' bullpen as the second left handed pitcher, along with Ross Detwiler.
