Tribe promotes 3, hires 3 in scouting department, MLB - Congratulations to Brad Grant, who has served the Indians organization for the past 23 years, on his promotion to senior director of scouting. With his promotion, several other scouts were bumped up as well, including Junie Melendez to regional supervisor and Andrew Krause to area scouting supervisor.
