Boston Hourly Weather - AccuWeather Forecast for MA 02108
The forecast for Boston is showing rain through most of the afternoon. If the game does get postponed, Games 3, 4, and 5 would be played with no off day. That would mean that Boston likely goes with Rick Porcello in Game 4 (if necessary); right now Eduardo Rodriguez is scheduled to start that game. It would also mean that Trevor Bauer would pitch Game 4 on full rest.

Sunday Notes: Eaton, Liriano, Cueto, Cubs, Postseason Pressure, more | FanGraphs Baseball

Francisco Liriano, who was replaced on the Toronto playoff roster, would be eligible for the ALCS because the injury he suffered was a concussion. He does have to sit out 7 days, but he would be eligible to be on the roster if the Blue Jays make it.
