Full Cleveland Indians 2016 regular season schedule released

Including one (and only one) nationally televised game!

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

The full Cleveland Indians 2016 schedule, including play time and television broadcast information, has officially been released. Good news if you are live in the Indians broadcast area, as well: Every Tribe game will be broadcast, be it on Sports Time Ohio or one national game on FOX.

Cleveland will kick off their 2016 campaign at home in a three-game series against the Boston Red Sox with a 4:10 p.m. start on opening day, April 4.

June is set to be a rough month for the Indians next season. They will play their two longest road trips of the season back-to-back in June. Over a span of 10 games between June 6 and June 15, the Indians will be travelling to the west coast to face the Seattle Mariners, then down to California to take on the Los Angeles Angels, then finally head back east to take on division rival Kansas City Royals. They will then enjoy a brief six-game home stand before heading out for another 10-game road trip between Detroit, Atlanta, and Toronto. Not only that, but the Indians will head into June in the middle of a 20-game marathon without an off-day; their longest stretch of the season. They will play from May 27 to June 15 without a break.

As previously mentioned, every Indians game will be televised, with all but one being played on their home network, Sports Time Ohio. Their lone nationally televised game will be an afternoon bout on June 4 against the Kansas City Royals, which will be broadcast on FOX.
