Now sitting at 4.5 games out of the second wild card spot with three teams ahead of them, the Indians are officially in crunch mode. Fortunately, they have a bit of control over their own destiny as they are set to face one of the three teams ahead of them. The Tribe rolls into Target Field for a three-game set against the Twinkies, and it's do-or-die time. They'll send the 'Dzar to the mound to lead to get things off on the right foot.

Danny Salazar has been a pretty solid bet to throw six or seven strong innings all year, so it's really going to be up to the Tribe hitters to get to Twins starter Ervin Santana early. Santana is coming off a decent stretch of four straight starts of 7+ innings with two earned runs or fewer, so the Indians will have their work cut out for them.
