It's been two rainouts in a row for the Indians and Tigers, so it's doubleheader time in Cleveland. The plan is for a traditional doubleheader starting at 1:10 PM ET and, obviously, better weather.
Cody Anderson will start on the mound for the Indians and has been very good since returning from the disabled list. The big right-hander has held opposing batters to just a .130 average over those three starts. Anderson is 3-3 on the year with a 3.72 ERA.
The Tigers will turn to Justin Verlander, who has also been good lately. The veteran has posted a 1.78 ERA over his last nine starts.
