Tigers @ Indians
Saturday, September 12, 7:10 PM ET, Progressive Field
TV: STO, MLB.TV
Radio: WTAM
Last night's game was washed away before it even began, and the rain hasn't left the area yet, which is one reason why the postponed game was re-scheduled for Sunday. But given that this is the last time the Tigers and Indians play this season, they'll wait a considerable amount of time to get this one in.
Yesterday's pitching matchup is tonight's matchup, with Justin Verlander facing off against Cody Anderson. This was the pairing last weekend in Detroit, a game that Anderson won.
Update:
Tonight's start time has been delayed. Updates as they become available but no set time as of now. Also: @weather please stop.

The two teams do not have any common off-days between now and the end of the season, so unless they try something crazy (such as a doubleheader with two different opponents), the game would be made up on the day after the end of the regular season if a playoff spot is at stake. If the game would have no playoff implications, the game wouldn't be played at all.
