Indians @ Athletics
Friday, July 31, 9:35 ET, O.co Coliseum
TV: STO, MLB.TV
Radio: WTAM
The Indians turn to Danny Salazar in game two of their four game series in Oakland and hope the hard throwing right-hander matches recent performances from Trevor Bauer, Corey Kluber, and Carlos Carrasco.
Those three starters have thrown back to back to back complete games and actually made it look almost easy. Here's hoping Salazar finds a similar fate. Salazar enters with a record of 8-6 and a 3.72 ERA and has held opponents to a .223 batting average while pitching away from home.
Kendall Graveman will start on the mound for the A's. The right-hander has struggled recently, posting a 10.22 ERA over his last three starts. His six wins do tie him for the league lead among rookies.
