Now in last place in the AL Central, the Indians are 6.5 games behind the second Wild Card leader, but more importantly have six teams between themselves and Minnesota in the standings.
Danny Salazar takes the mound today, and the White Sox will send talented left-handed Carlos Rodon. The Indians had trouble with Rodon the last time (May 20) they faced him, only scoring one run in six innings. The last time Rodon pitched, he gave up seven runs in four innings against the Cardinals.
