Indians dominated by Taijuan Walker and the Mariners - Let's Go Tribe - The Cleveland Indians were 2-1 losers to the Seattle Mariners Friday night at Safeco Field. Trevor Bauer pitched well, but the Tribe lineup was mostly missing in action.

Bauer stellar but bats stall vs. Seattle's Walker | - A taut pitcher's duel broke out between the Indians and Mariners on Friday night at Safeco Field, and one swing of the bat proved to be the difference in Seattle's 2-1 victory.

Cleveland Indians fall to Seattle, 2-1; Taijuan Walker throws eight scoreless innings | - Trevor Bauer pitched well enough to win, but Taijuan Walker pitched better to lead the Seattle past the Indians on Friday night at Safeco Field.

'Stupid pitch' proves costly in Bauer's tough loss | - "It was a stupid pitch," Bauer said after Seattle evened the series at Safeco Field. "I shouldn't have thrown it. It was the wrong pitch at the wrong time. I should've thrown him a fastball in, but it happens."
