With the Indians out of it, what are your postseason predictions?

If you vote for the Royals you are no longer invited to my birthday party. There's going to be pizza and ice cream and a cool bouncy castle and you won't be invited.

Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

A bunch of teams not called the Cleveland Indians are preparing to start their postseason journey soon. The whole shebang kicks off tonight with the Houston Astros taking on the New York Yankees, and will conclude sometime in early-November. So with the Tribe out of it, how ya’ got?

The current state of MLB is pretty extreme parity, so literally anyone has a shot, even the Chicago Cubs. This will be the first time since 2005 that the Astros have made the playoffs, the first time since 2006 for the New York Mets, the first time for the Cubs since 2008, and the first time for the Blue Jays since 1993.

Unless anything major happens between now and the respective team's games, we're looking at Dallas Keuchel starting game one for the Astros, Masahiro Tanaka starting for the Yankees, Jake Arietta for the Cubs, Gerrit Cole for the Pirates, David Price for the Blue Jays, and Jacob deGrom for the Mets. The Dodgers, Cardinals, Rangers, and Royals have not committed to any Game 1 starters of this post.

Here's a handy bracket for reference, courtesy of MLB.com's bracket challenge.

Let’s go postseason baseball!
