Well, we've reached the final Indians game of 2015. It was a season many of us entered with very high hopes for the Tribe, but it hasn't turned out the way we wanted. They do have a chance to finish with a winning record for the third season in a row, but it will require finishing off a sweep of the Red Sox. Against that backdrop, it's a bit disappointing to see that the Indians will be sitting a number of their best players. Michael Brantley was shut down a few days ago, and Jason Kipnis and Yan Gomes will also be watching from the bench today. Hopefully Francisco Lindor and Carlos Santana can lead the offense to a big afternoon. With Danny Salazar on the mound, it's possible the Tribe won't need to score all that many runs, but I'd like to see them score all that many runs either way. If Salazar can put together a tremendous gae and strike out 11 batters, he'll reach 200 for the year, and the Indians will become only the fourth MLB team ever to have three players with 200+ strikeouts in the same season.
