Series Preview

Today's Lineups

Alcides Escobar - SS Michael Bourn - CF
Norichika Aoki - RF Jose Ramirez - SS
Lorenzo Cain - CF Michael Brantley - LF
Eric Hosmer - 1B Carlos Santana - 1B
Billy Butler - DH David Murphy - RF
Alex Gordon - LF Jason Kipnis - DH
Salvador Perez - C Yan Gomes - C
Omar Infante - 2B Lonnie Chisenhall - 3B
Mike Moustakas - 3B Mike Aviles - 2B
Yordano Ventura - RHP Danny Salazar - RHP

Sort of weird to see a lineup with nine guys who all feel like actual MLB players.

The Indians are all but finished, but if they can somehow end the season on a 5-0 run, they've got a chance. Is that likely? No, but they finished 10-0 last season, so of course it's possible. A five-game winning streak starts with a single victory, and hopefully the Tribe will get exactly that this evening. If nothing else, I'd enjoy ruining KC's season.
