Josh Tomlin hasn't won a game since he struck out 11 Mariners in a one-hit, complete game shutout in Seattle on June 28. Since then, he's pitched three games with varying degrees of turdosity. Let's hope today's outing helps make his case against permanently changing his nickname to Little Cowpie.

More important, perhaps, is the conspicuous absence of one Ryan M.F. Raburn from the lineup. Let's hope he's in the process of being DFA'd.
