I guess Jose Ramirez wasn't brought up to sit around shooting sunflower seed shells at his teammates. Other than Cabrera still being injured an Yan Gomes getting the day off, this is about as good a lineup as the Tribe can put together, and they damn well better knock around Swarzak, who's making his first MLB start since 2012, having spent the last two years in the bullpen.

Trevor Bauer has been the Tribe's second best starter of late, and hopefully he can keep that going.
