Because the Indians are sending a left-hander to the mound, LGFT Grady Sizemore is out of the lineup, as is Stephen Drew. Sill, the Sawx have four left-handed hitters in their lineup, and with three southpaws in the bullpen, Terry Francona should be able to do a lot of mixing and matching if Boston starts pinch-hitting left-handers after House leaves the game.

The Indians will be facing Jake Peavy, who they've had plenty of experience against in recent years. Peavy's given up a ton of hits in recent starts, and has already given up 10 home runs. Still, he's been a good innings eater for Boston, only going fewer than six innings twice in 2014.
