Corey Kluber hasn't been nearly as sharp the last three weeks as he was earlier in the season, but the Indians need a win in the worst way, so hopefully he gets back on track. Maybe the opportunity to bat will motivate him to stay in long enough to get some more swing in.

Nick Swisher rides the pine again, which is the only sensible course of action with no DH. The lineup might benefit from less David Murphy too, but the Indians just don't have any other appealing options, what with Ryan Raburn and Mike Aviles not hitting at all either.

***Francisco Lindor exited after a ground ball took a bad hop and hit him in the face. He did not want to leave the game, and is not believed to have suffered any sort of serious injury, but his status is not yet known. If it makes him feel any better, Lindor was named to the MLB Futures Game for the third time.
