After Zach McAllister was roughed up early last night, Josh Tomlin looks to build on two solid outings in a row and provide some relief to a taxed bullpen. Tomlin has gone at least 6 innings and given up 2 runs or fewer in each of his starts so far this year.
It will be an interesting night for the offense. They've clearly had their struggles early in the season and have been very ineffective against lefty starters. It doesn't get easier with Kazmir, who has only failed to go 6 innings once this year (5IP) and given up more than 3 runs also only once (4R). His strikeouts have been trending downward a bit as of late, so hopefully the Indians can find a way to make solid contact tonight.
With the left hander on the mound, Chisenall again is left out of the lineup, however, Jesus Aguilar will get his first major league start in the field when he mans 1B.
