Completing the rundown of where each uniform number stands in terms of the number of player who have worn it, the total number of seasons it has been worn, and the total number of different times it was worn (counting shared numbers in a season). A brief description or each uniform number's present use and history is included.
All numbers listed are through the 2013 season only.
(Here are numbers 0 through 25, and numbers 26-50)

Uniform #51: Scott Barnes played season number two in this jersey in 2013. If he gets a call up, that would break a tie with four others to move all alone into second place with three seasons. The career leader for this number is Jacob Cruz with 4 seasons.
Uniform #52: Vinnie Pestano returns in season five wearing #52. He is only the 11th player to wear this number. He will tie John Farrell for second place all-time. CC Sabathia leads this number with 8 seasons.
Uniform #53: Rich Hill went from NRI to player #12 in this number last season. This spring, another NRI will try to replicate that feat, David Aardsma. Paul Shuey is the career leader with 9 seasons.
Uniform #54: Chris Perez completed his fifth season in this number before being let go in the offseason. He ended up in second place, one season behind career leader Davis Riske with 6 seasons. NRI Aaron Harang has been assigned to it this spring.
Uniform #55: When Matt Langwell got his cup of coffee last year, he became only the 7th player to wear it. He wore #78 last spring as an NRI. My assumption was that last spring that NRI Matt Capps was assigned to it. I think that was pretty safe because as an NRI this spring, he is assigned to it. The career leader is Fausto Carmona/Roberto Hernandez with 7 seasons.
Uniform #56: This uniform did not make an appearance last season, but is still assigned to Frank Herrmann, who wore it in 2011 and 2012. Herrmann has three career seasons already in it, which ties him for first with Alan Embree, Fernando Cabrera and Sean DePaula. If he makes it back, he would become the sole leader with four seasons.
Uniform #57: Last season, both Joe Martinez and Clay Rapada wore it in their brief tours with Cleveland. Martinez wore #58 last spring as a NRI. NRI Luke Carlin (who wore #26 in 2010 and #45 in 2012) is currently assigned to it. If Carlin (or anyone else claims this jersey), they would be the 19th to wear it. The career leader for this number is Jeff Shaw with 3 seasons.
Uniform #58: Omir Santos wore this number in his one and only appearance for the Tribe last year, making him player 16 to wear it. He wore #68 as a NRI last spring. It is currently assigned to NRI Mike Zagurski. The career leader for this number is Jeanmar Gomez with 3 seasons while one else has worn it more than once.
Uniform #59: Carlos Carrasco has four years under his belt with this number. He is currently tied with Matt Miller in second place. This season will tie him with career leader, Albie Lopez with 5 seasons.
Uniform #60 was last worn by Jhonny Peralta in 2003. Nobody is currently assigned to it. Peralta, Bill Selby, Brian Tallet, Kane Davis and Rod Allen lead this number with just 1 season each.
Uniform #61: This is currently assigned to Colt Hynes. If he iss called up and sticks with this number, he would be the 9th player to wear it. It was last worn in 2009 by Michael Brantley. Alex Ramirez and Jason Stanford are the career leaders with 3 seasons each.
Uniform #62: Jose Ramirez became the 6th player to wear it during his September call-up. If he plays in Cleveland this year for season two, he would tie Greg LaRocca for second place. Jim Poole is the career leader with 4 seasons.
Uniform #63: 2014 will be Justin Masterson's6th season wearing it, which puts him all alone in second place. Unless he signs an extension for 2015 and beyond, Masterson will finish one season behind career leader Rafael Betancourt.
Uniform #64: This was last worn by Fernando Cabrera in 2004. Bullpen catcher Armando Camacaro has assumed wore it last year and is again assigned to it. Tom Kramer is the career leader with 2 seasons.
Uniform #65 is currently assigned to NRI Tyler Cloyd. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the 3rd player to wear it. It was last worn in 2003 by Cliff Lee and he is also the career leader with 2 seasons.
Uniform #66: This is currently assigned to NRI JC Ramirez. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the fourth player to wear it. It was last worn in 2000 by Willie Martinez. Martinez, Mark Higgins and Russell Branyan are the career leaders with 1 season each.
Uniform #67: This is currently assigned to NRI Francisco Lindor. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the second player to wear it. The only time it was worn was by Chris Nichting in 2000. But I doubt Lindor will stick with this number.
Uniform #68: This is currently assigned to NRI Jake Lowery. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the fourth player to wear it. It was last worn in 2008 by Michael Aubrey. Aubrey, Scott Jordan and Turner Ward are the career leaders with 1 season each.
Uniform #69: Nobody is currently assigned to this number. If anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #70 is currently assigned to TJ House, who also wore it last spring. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #71 is currently assigned to Bryan Price. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the second player to wear it. The only time it was worn was by Johnny Hodapp in 1929.
Uniform #72 is currently assigned to NRI Tyler Naquin. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #73 is currently assigned to Austin Adams. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the third player to wear it. It was last worn in 2002 by Ricardo Rincon, who is the career leader with 4 seasons.
Uniform #74 is currently assigned to Jesus Aguilar, who also wore this as an NRI last season. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #75 is currently assigned to Carlos Moncrief. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the second player to wear it. The only time it was worn was by Mike Walker in 1988.
Uniform #76 is currently assigned to NRI Ryan Rohlinger. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the second player to wear it. The only time it was worn was by Tom Magrann in 1989.
Uniform #77 is currently assigned to NRI Travis Nanwart. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the second player to wear it. The only time it was worn was by Jack Armstrong in 1992.
Uniform #78 is currently assigned to Erik Gonzalez. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #79 is currently assigned to NRI Roberto Perez, who wore #77 as a NRI last spring. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #80 is currently assigned to NRI Joe Wendle. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #81 is currently assigned to NRI Tony Wolters. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the first player to wear it.
Uniform #88 is currently assigned to Josh Outman. If he or anyone else is called up and uses this number, they would be the second player to wear it. The only time it was worn was by Rene Gonzalez in 1994.
Uniforms #82-87 and 89-99 are not currently assigned. If anyone else is called up and uses these numbers, they would be the first player to wear it.
