Per Bastian's article at mlb.com, Michael Bourn has been officially put on the DL, retroactive to March 21. this would allow him to be activated for Game 5 of the season, if he is ready. As Bourn is out, Nyjer Morgan was informed that he will be make the opening day roster. No word yet as to what move on the 40 man will be done to add him to the 25/40.

In other news, Trevor Bauer and C.C. Lee were both optioned to Columbus. This means that the last rotation spot is officially between Carlos Carrasco and Josh Tomlin with the last bullpen spot going to Blake Wood, Scott Atchison or Tomlin/Carrasco.

Lonnie Chisenhall was informed he will be on the opening day roster as well but was not told if he would be the everyday third baseman yet.

Aaron Harang was granted his official release and is a free agent. I am hoping he comes back, but the odds are pretty slim as there are other teams with injury issues that can possibly sign him to a major league deal.

Finally, Bryan LaHair, David Cooper and Luke Carlin were reassigned to minor league camp, although Carlin will officially stick around until the Tribe breaks camp in Arizona.
