Monday. It is what it is. Not too much went down this weekend, unless you watched Survivor Series. Pretty slow on baseball news, but let's have a look anyway:

Indians news & notes

Terry's talkin' terrible predictions | Cleveland.com - Terry Pluto reflects on his 2014 pre-season predictions, including some true stinkers and a few decent ones.

Hey Hoynsie! takes on the third base situation | Cleveland.com - It's time for another Hoynsie mailbag, as Paul responds to an inquisitive reader who suggests that the Indians trade for Matt Dominguez. Wha?

Other MLB news

Best pitcher/hitter combos by WAR | Sports On Earth - It's rare to have one of the best pitchers in the league on the same team as one of the best hitters. The Indians undoubtedly had one of the best combos  with Brantley and Kluber in 2014, but who projects to be the best in 2015?

The all "what could have been" team | CBS Sports - Mike Axisa puts together a theoretical team full of players that never quite lived up to their massive hype and potential. Avert your eyes from the selection for center field.

Red Sox aiming for mega-free agent double play | CBS Sports - Coming as a shock to no one, the Red Sox are making a huge push for not only Pablo Sandoval, but also Hanley Ramirez. Personally, I'd love to see the Sawx overpay for these two aging stars, and get hamstrung by massive contracts. Ah, but I dream.

At least six teams in on the Lester sweepstakes | Fox Sports - No matter what team "wins," it's pretty clear Jon Lester is gonna get paid. Max Scherzer shouldn't be far behind.

Rangers have spoken with Braves about Upton | Twitter (Ken Rosenthal) - The Rangers have apparently had their eye on Justin Upton for a while.
