I am aware that many Tribe fans fans have a problem with Pittsburgh. Given that the Indians and Pirates have never played especially meaningful games against one another, I must assume this is a spillover from the Browns/Steelers rivalry, which is all well and good, I suppose.  I don't like the Steelers either, but that doesn't affect my view of the Pirates, just like I don't hate all Canadians just because Nickelback is from Canada.

I don't really have any problems with the Giants either, but they have won two of the last four World Series, and I'd just as soon see someone new get a crack at it. So, I'll be cheering for Pittsburgh, but not tearing my hair out if I don't get my wish. A lively game like we saw last night would be fine by me, regardless of the winner.
