  • "Carlos Santana and the undefeated Dominican Republic claim[ed] the WBC title over [Mike Aviles] and Puerto Rico." I can't say it better than Bastian did there, but I can add that Carlos was 6-for-22 (9BB) with two home runs and a double. His OPS was second on the team with 1.075.
    Robinson C*cough*cough*ano was named MVP with a 1.296.
  • The Cardinals released SS Ronny Cedeno. Cedeno was signed this offseason to fill in for Rafael Furcal, but the Cards are now going in a different direction. #HopefullyNotAsdrubal #GiveUsShelbyForCord
  • The Cubs shut down Scott Baker already. Baker was popularly seen as an LGT offseason target before signing with Chicago.
